The lobby is sort of odd -- it houses a jewelry store and a wine bar, with the hotel desk in the rear. Not really a problem, but not a plus either.

Vastly over-rated by the reviews on here. Rooms a little tired. Very convenient location allows them to charge a premium but, for a lower price, there are better hotels in the same area. Not good value for money at all and I would not stay here again.

I read the earlier reviews and agreed that it had a great location and was good value for money. If you want a convenient, comfortable, clean and modern hotel but didnt need alot of frills/facilities like pool/spa and hotel restaurants ... I would recommend this hotel. The Sheraton hotel was across the street but at multiple times the price! We were situated on the main shopping street of Dong Khoi, within walking distance to Notre Dame and other main sights. It was an extremely convenient location, with loads of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. Note that the rooms on lower floors do not come with a real window/view, so if you want a proper view/window you need to book rooms (deluxe) on the higher floors. Overall, I am very pleased that we found this hotel and would definitely come back again.

It does all the basic well and not to expensive. Free Wifi was good. Buffet breakfast was reasonably good. Will stat there even for business trips. Sheets were very clean and fresh.

The soundproofing between rooms could be improved. Noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms could be heard frequently.

Located in the heart of the city center, this hotel is in a posh area surrounded by great restaurants. the rooms are comfortable and spacious, with a working desk and some even have balconies. the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive with fast service at breakfast.

The shower curtains could use an upgrade.

We loved the central location of the hotel, as it was very close to the main attractions in the city's center, and in a strategic area with easy transportation access. The cleanliness was excellent, and all hotel facilities were in great working condition. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and great quality. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, offering excellent service throughout our stay.
